2000
Mario Rodriguez Garcia founded MR Drawing Consulting Services, a new and dynamic professional service business with the mission to provide drafting services to pharmaceutical companies in all mayor disciplines: Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial & Safety.
2001-2007
MR Drawing's personnel were professionals with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Aided Drafting (AutoCAD) and certify by Colegio de Delineantes de Puerto Rico (CDPR). They were able to expand their business providing drafting services to Hospitals, Government, Telecommunication, Construction, Medical Devices, Chemical Processing, Residential and Commercial Industries.
2007
Business name was changed from MR Drawing Consulting Services to MRD Group. The new name led to a logo modification and upgrade providing a more modern look to the business. With this change their services were expanded to Architecture, Structural, Field As-built (plot plans), Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, and 3D Drawings.
2009
MR Drawing was incorporated under the name of MRD Proserv Corp., DBA MRD Group. This allowed them to increase their business services and customers. Not only CAD drafting services were provided, but now the company opened their business to design and provide validation consulting services. New professionals, such as scientist and engineers, joined the team to provide design and validation consulting services.
2011
New technology was acquired at MRD Proserv Corp in order to convert paper drawings to structured CAD files. The drawing scanning and conversion system allows MRD Proserv Corp to provide alternatives to hundreds of companies to convert old hard copy drawings into fully editable electronic files.
2016
The company began to support the commercial real estate market by providing As-Built drawings following the Building Owner and Managers Association (BOMA) International Floor Measurement Standard. This approach in conjunction with Aerial Photos were the new services provided by MRD Proserv Corp.
